I’ve been trying to figure out the deleted an unobtainable achievements but the only resources I’ve found seem to be outdated

There are some that have been removed.
There are some that are broken.

Only problem with that is I got a pop-up saying I unlocked hindsight 20/20 but it wouldn’t appear in my achievements

The code handling the notifications may not have been removed, just the achievement itself

i remember that bug i told chess.com about it as well as a few others....there are some achievements ill never unlock like do all drills or 100k puzzles seems liek would take forever.
