Does anyone know why Ronaldjosephcote was muted?

Ron was muted today and he has no idea why. Can anyone tell me why and when it will be lifted? He would ask himself but he cant write anything and i know he wants an answer so he asked me to post this for him.

Is chess.com in the habit of muting their members without even telling them why?

i know, they should at least send a message with an explanation and warning.

Why am I not surprised. The moderating on this site is beyond ridiculous. It's like a bunch of monkeys just up n decided to do random shit for the fun of it.

He does swear sometimes without misspelling the word maybe that's what got him silenced.

     I heard Mr Cote is a 60 yr old Veteran. And for the most part, he's entertaining. Ok, a little off the wall sometimes, but I've never heard of him getting nasty, calling names, etc. In fact when a number of members are posting porn & foul language, he seems to be courteous to staff. Its too bad that the entire staff can't extend that same courtesy to a paying member. You know, the kind of professionalism that Eric is always trying to have us believe.  Mr Cote probably stands a better chance dealing with the Baltimore Police, before he gets an explanation from THIS site.  If memory serves me  that never happened when Kohai was around. Come to think of it, a LOT of what is happening, didn't happen when Kohai was around. Like her or hate her, SHE WAS A PROFESSIONAL. My advice to Mr Cote would be; if chess.com is not professional enough, to extend the courtesy of telling him WHY he was muted in a PM ? Don't go crawling back. Close your account and keep your money, and STOP buying accounts for other people. And STOP helping staff. They don't NEED your help in running this site into the ground. The're doing a good enough job of that on their own.

Possible Reasons For Muting

1.  Accurate spelling of words on the "Bad" list.

It sound to me that Ronald might have muted himself.

Maybe it is in his control panel or at the bottom of the right side of the screen.

Does he use some program like Dragon Speak?

He can write a ticket and ask Chess.com.

Sleeping Beuty why not you write a ticket for Ronald asking them to look into it since you are more familiar with his problem.?
