Don't find any opponents for live chess

Hi Guys,

Just since a couple of days I can't find any opponents anymore for live chess game (no matter the time control - 15/10 , 5/5, 10/15). It just keep searching, no matter if I search opponents +50/-50 or +200/200 and no matter if it's rapid or bullet. 

I have the same issue on both mac, iPhone and iPad. Anyone any idea how to fix this because it's impossible to play chess now.....

Already cleared cache on laptop and reïnstalled the app on iPhone and iPad.

Helpdesk said it can has to do something with having played on a digital board...and indeed I've played on a chessnut air. It's possible that that restricted my account...
They are looking into it now. Hope they can fix it soon..

I've got the same problem. I reloaded test.com because the resign button no longer worked and now it doesn't find any opponents

Same problem here, an opponent resigned and now both on my pc and smartphone I can't look for games, it says chess.com was not able to pair me and to wait a few seconds

Same here. Im unable to join a New game

When I try to place blitz it says we are unable to match you at this time. Try again in a few minutes.

Anyone know why this is happening? I've never seen it before.

Tengo tmb el mismo problema....no me empereja con ningún oponente y me dice que lo vuelva a intentar en un minuto pero me vuelve a salir lo mismo

The problem has been resolved for me. I am able to get live matches now.
