No we haven't disabled it or removed it for any members here :)
Its taking some time returning the pgn downloads at the moment so i'm investigating the issue.
The feature is still there for you though, just delayed in returning results :( sorry.

I use this site as an extension of my teaching talented juniors and aspiring adults. To be clear, I am hardly new to chess data, so far as a former world top TEN, WCC candidate who is a very dear friend, asking me for HIS book, to send him all his games with the former world chess champions, Tal, Spassky, etc. Not to be arrogant, just to be clear. I am a chessBase expert.
I often send my student games to me as pgn's, then of course consolidate them to cbh files.
For days, the download game function, despite repeated efforts by me, seems to be broken. I admit it, as is allowed I use this site for free, but much gratitude. Thank you. But they no longer come to my email, despite my repeated efforts.
Despite my search here, assiduously, there seems to be no indication that membership requires simple reporting and send. This is a great feature.
Is it possible, de facto, chess.com has disabled this free feature, and not indicated it or announced it. I am NOT upset, all gained is nice, any lost cannot be disparaged. But does anyone pls know?
