for paid membership, you could download all of your games all at once. Is it possible for a paid member to download all of someone else's games?

this could be useful if u know you have a match against them, and you could then study up on their games and know what to expect

Yes, if you go to the Games tab for a user, then click Show More, there is a link at the bottom to download all of their games into a PGN.
