DRAW BUG AT THE START OF A MATCH

At the start of each match it says DRAW, it does not let me do anything not even to click the X to get rid of that pop op and play, If I refresh the game is says game aborted, when I start a new match the same occurs, the only way that I can play is to wait the abort timeout, and then the  next match it will play as normal however the third match it happens again, omg pls help.I have Contacted SUPP but they do not respond.
