It sounds like a persistent issue. Do you usually play on a computer or a portable device? What kind of web browser do you use? If you usually use only one browser, try using a different browser (perhaps Chrome or Firefox) to access the site and see if you have different results. You may want to try doing a hard refresh using ctrl+F5 (PC) or command+R (Mac), or deleting your temporary internet files.
