The draw isn't automatic, you have to claim it (I believe the "Offer Draw" button turns into "Claim Draw").
That's the rules. The only automatic draw is when neither player has material to mate left (like two bare kings). Otherwise, you need to claim.

You have to press the draw button after the threefold repetition.
(you offered draw at 34... Qh3+, before the repetition, and your opponent refused hoping you wouldn't have offered it again, as it happened) (If you offer draw after the repetition, you actually claim draw)
