Draw of timeout of opponent bug

I was one move away from checkmate. Opponent had only king and I had two rooks far away from kink. I premoved for the checkmate. My opponent did nothing and after a few minutes the game was announced as a draw. It must be a bug. I have a screenshot if you are curious.

It would appear that you must have gotten disconnected while it was your opponent's turn. Currently the disconnect timer starts even when it's not your time and can result in a loss by abandonment. That's supposed to change at some point
