It clearly has been 50 moves since a capture and pawn move in that game. Have you clicked the 'offer draw' button?
If this is not the case, you should do that and the draw should be automatically enforced.

I may have just made this up, but I seem to remember someone on the site saying that, if conditions allow the game to be called a draw, the "Offer Draw" button morphs into a "Claim Draw" button...
Can someone else confirm or deny?

& dre r more than 50 moves without nocapturing ?????
