Duplicate games in Explorer

I've come across a number of cases where explorer lists two games for a particular position but they are really the same game for example:

http://www.chess.com/games/results.html?f=21902728&t=1

lists Kiedrowicz Jan  vs Skrobek Ryszard , 1986 twice.
