Email problems

eddie, I have now removed your email address from the "Do Not Email" list as you have requested for.

Does this mean that chess.com staff can read our Emails? I know they can lock in to our account as koai did once to mine to remove some Zappa song titles which were to harsh for this site, but at that time I didn't think about my Email.
I am not suspecting chess.com staff to look at our mails but the possibility they might be able to would make me think twice (if able to) before using chess.com Email.

Whoever is hosting your email, the server administrators can read it - with a little bit of effort: Microsoft can read your @Hotmail, Chess.com can read your @chess.com - and Google can read ... everything!

from my pc, i cannot read my emails...for some reason, i was asked in what format would i like the information to appear...i made the horrid mistake of choosing microsoft word for windows...since that moment, i could no longer see on this laptop any information i would normally see on my email page...i need to know how to fix this so once again i can read my emails
Ron: Are you talking about just chess.com email or ALL email?
For chess.com email, people generally launch a browser, login to chess.com, click on MY HOME -> EMAIL, and the following window gets opened. (Note that Google Chrome can't handle chess.com email).
What happens when you do this?
