Why does my bro recieve +20 elo per won game whereas I get only +7/8 and even tho his opponents are equally rated, Keep in mind he played about 50 games and I played a 110. Can someone explain?

The Glicko rating system includes a measure of rating uncertainty called the rating deviation (RD) value. The higher the RD value, the larger rating swings after games.
The more games played, the lower the RD value and smaller rating changes.
