So there is no way to reset elo. I did some stupid things with my account two years ago and I am debating making a new account. Would making a new account be worth it?

Thank you, but I fear I am too low in elo. I believe I am around 1000 elo by using the game engines, and I am stuck at 380. It is driving me crazy, games are too easy that I make silly mistakes. I don’t know
