Hi, why did i recieved -15 for a game with similar rated opponent? Even at start it showed me that in case i lose, i get - 8

You have to click on the second icon from the left in the message box to upload an image from the browser.
If you can't do that could you at least provide a link to the game instead? I can't spot a -15 rating drop in your recently played games.

had to switch from phone to computer in order to upload it (this site is very unfriendly towards phone users

you can clearly say that at start, its win +8, draw 0, lose -8, but after the game, i recieved -15, even on rating its visible (2138-15=2123)
Yes, the app only has the core features. You can use the browser (Chrome, Safari, etc) on the phone to access the site though.
I see that you did lose a -15 rating, but your opponent got a +414 rating change!
Your opponent has a very new account, hence their Glicko RD (the rate at which rating changes) must be high. But then it shouldn't have displayed "win +8, draw 0, lose -8" in the beginning.
Never seen that before; a site moderator might be able to help you better.
Or you can contact the site staff, and provide them with the screenshot when they contact you.
