Email Alerts
I am also having this problem. I used to get the email alerts coming through like clock work, even when I was on line I would receive an email alert.
However like coyotejoe I have stopped receiving the email alerts. I have removed the email address from my profile and saved the change then went back and re-entered the email address and saved the change and this has had no effect, I have tried a different email address to make sure the problem was not at my end or with my ISP and still no alerts.
I too had the fortunate success of going on to find that I still had 9 hours left to make my move, but like coyotejoe I had no initial alert or less than 24 hours alert. What has happened and where do we all stand with this problem?

I seem to be having issues with email alerts when it is my move during a match. I am not getting consistent notifications that it is my move. I am currently involved in a 3 day / move match. The last time logged on was for my last move. 6 days later, and I still haven't received an email notifiying me that I need to move. I just happen to log in to see if the game had expired, and I have 9 hours left on my move (good news). But there was no notification that it was my move nor that I had less than 24 hours to make a move (I seem to remember getting this message before also), and I checked my spam/junk mail folder to make sure it wasn't discarded. Any ideas what may be wrong?
