Its been at least a week since my main account gets closed,but I receive no email regarding why they close my account.Even if I email chess.com support I didn't get any response.Can any staffs here check what's going on?thanks
If you look at the profile if the closed account, you'll see a general closure reason, with a link to an article that covers that reason.
As to support, if you're asking about a specific account, you'll need to have the email on the support ticket that matches the one on the closed account.
Also, check your spam/junk folders. Support should have replied within a few days.
