Emails--trouble with status

    Hello to anyone who can help :)

    Quick question: although all my emails are read, my inbox continues to show "1", along with my sent section showing "1". Also, on my home page it continues to show that I have "1 new" email. This seemed to happen last night when replying to my last email.

    Does anyone know how to rectify this? I've already tried selecting every email and marking them as read.

    Have you tried clearing Chess.com cookies

    Kohai, I tried the link that cleared the cookies, but it didn't work---at least not initially. Today, though, it seems that at least the email count is now accurate again, so if you did something to rectify that----thank you!!!! :D
