i think they plan to have moderators... i am assuming the mods would handle those types of issues

Seriously, though. May I make a suggestion?
Something that could be helpful may be a button or link visible on all profiles that will allow a viewer to flag it as offensive or questionable. In doing so, the avatar and/or text may be automatically blocked and an appropriate person notified who can review the complaint.
You always have the chance that this 'complaint' button could be abused, but this method is in use at many other similar site and the community "self-policing" does work pretty effectively for the most part.

My comment was deleted, but yes, it was a sarcastic response the to temperments riled by such a peice of insignificant drivel.

This is unrelated to the thread, but may I ask why Matt Helfst has three accounts?
I would suggest that Erik or other site administrators have emergency contact (link)... I just saw some avatar that looks like porn or something very close to it - and i think things like that need to be reported ASAP and taken care of ASAP. I sent Erik a message, but what if he was not online? So the emergency contact would go to other site administrators.
