Empty Grey Screen for Chess Lessons and Explorer and Analysis Board

I got diamond membership a couple days ago and the lessons worked fine but the analysis board and opening explorer were grey screens. Now, lessons are grey screens too. Refreshing and restarting my browser doesn't work and I disabled all of my plugins and add-ons but still no fix. I'm running Firefox btw.

Please help, thanks.

Update:

Just fixed it. If anyone had the same problem, I updated firefox version then updated adobe flash player and everything works fine now.

For me it's still gryed out, I wonder why

Try clearing your browser cache.

 

If that doesn't help, it could be a plugin/add-on blocking some site scripts or resources.
