many a times i solve a puzzle right & it shows service unavailable at this time & my puzzles gets wasted, recently this has started to happen frequently, what's the issue with chess.com?

This site apparently has seen a large sudden increase of new members, which is overloading their capacity. They are working on it. No telling when it will be resolved. Try and be patient.
