Every game freezes when moving

It’s almost impossible to play anymore because the freezing is almost guaranteed each game. Probably going to delete the app and find a new app to play chess if anybody has any recommendations please let me know.

update the app, stop complaining when the glitch is already patched

and the app is an add on to the site, use the friggen site

Same issue here - several 5 min games lost - just a freeze screen and no time is ticking - suddenly it says lost

Neither time or Matt could be the reason. Several points lost this way.

Got this for weeks now. Are there fixes planned? Otherwise I will leave chess.com

There have been updates to the iOS to resolve, so you should update. Version 3.9.16 (2) fixed most of the described issues and there has been at least one more version released.
