An opponent of mine on Facebook, where we use the Chess.com app for playing, tell me that he cannot type messages in Safari and must use Firefox.

cant type?? what is wrong with steve jobs? why can't people just make browsers that are compatible with web standards? why is it my job to make sure my website works with 4 different programs?? :((

lol

I thought you would want to know. Your surprising response was worth the time it took to type it.

The Facebook app is terrific, BTW!

I've had an interesting problem crop up when creating tournaments - I can type in the description box, but the text is the same colour as the page, so I can't see it.  But it comes out normal after I finish making the tournament... this happens in chrome (I know, I know...) but I just thought I'd mention it here while on a related topic.

I didn't even realize there WAS a facebook app... I'll have to track that down.

It's nifty.

I hope that i am not responding in a wrong way however i have found that pop up blockers can make your game (s) freeze as well as AVG scanners .Another thing is Fire fox with all there cool skins like Redshift 3has updates that are not compatible in many ways .

The Safari 3 ? my only problem with this is the work load that it does handle .

Only about 80% before locking up with messenger or  opening new tabs in the same window. Try "update your RAM " apple has a bad flaw with being a hog on memory ,(and) add a patch to fix your type/messenger . Another is your hard drive is not strong enough or the drivers are out of date / just not compatible  .
