My son's account — Geometry_man_67 (over 3 years old with a huge number of games) was blocked for an alleged Fair Play violation. We only received a standard automated email with no explanation.
We have already tried:
— contacting support through the website form;
— sending emails (we only get an automated reply redirecting us back to the website).
Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to reach a real support specialist or to submit a proper appeal.
My son did not break any rules, and we would like to submit an official appeal and understand what to do next.
Has anyone faced a similar situation, and what should be done to restore the account?
We would be very grateful for any advice or guidance.
Well, as I understand it, the email he received explains his options. It should explain how to make an appeal.
If he submitted whatever form they provided, then he should just wait.
