fair play policy
It may not be fair, but these are the rules, so learn to make your first move quicker. At least I think that's what is happening.
On his or her turn, each player has 15-20 seconds to make their first move. If this does not happen, the game will be automatically aborted. This has a negative effect on the Fair-Play record of the player failing to move.
They should rename it to "Stupid Fair Play policy" there are a dozen and thousand reasons why you might not be able to amek the first move most of them under internet connectivity. So there must be a better way to encourage fair play without being unfair and stupid.
They take lag into consideration I'm pretty sure. This came about because folks were complaining that they had to wait too long when someone walked away from the game. So now if you don't make your first move quickly enough they abort the game. Someone somewhere is very happy with this rule; I just haven't met them yet.
