fair play policy

You have lost a lot of games by either abondoning the game or losing on time, in fact almost all your recent games are lost like this. The curious thing is, several times, you have done this in even or winning positions too. But mostly in lost ones (just a quick observation).
So either you think you are in a losing position and you abandon the game instead of resigning, or you have a bad connection and get disconnected.
If it's the first case, you can play frequently with people on your friend list (only users who you can challenge at the moment) and play them according to fair play policy, and you could finally be enabled after your FP score goes up,
If it's the second case, then unfortunately you have to do the first step, but also get a decent & fast connection, and use a modern browser such as Chrome or Firefox and keep your cookies and temp files regularly cleaned.

i recd the following message.i could not continue the game beacuse the mouse in my computer got stuck.I am new to your site and not aware of the rules so kindly excuse.
You currently cannot create or accept open challenges. Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Fair Play Policy which discourages disconnecting, intentional stalling, etc. However, you are allowed to still play with friends. You may play openly again after finishing more games with fair play. If you feel this is an error, please contact Chess.com support.l message

baha...i laugh at chyu
If I did something wrong during my games and I believed is not intentionally did my Fairly Policy , please sorry for this ,do you think I can again?

Looks like the fair play policy is netting quite a few. Soon there may be nobody left in the pool to play.
Unintentional disconnectors, and others, can find friends to play here.

I get the feeling this could be an honest misunderstanding. Most of his losing games are by abandoment. It seems he may not be aware that instead of just closing the browser when he wants to quit he needs to resign first. For most people with some experience in chess this is obvious. For somebody completely new this may not be so obvious.

This is not where you contact staff.
The Fair Play Policy is causing confusion due to the name. It is really the Annoying Play Policy. If you have a poor connection not only is it annoying to you it is annoying to your opponents. Does not matter if you are disconnecting on purpose or not. People do not want to play with you.
As more people join here, http://www.chess.com/groups/view/fair-play-transgressor-rehabilitation-centre , you will be able to find others on the same playing schedule. Those with good connections can rehabilitate their account.
I just wonder exactly who is going to see this?- anyone in 'authority'.
Unfair play!!?? - I have been aborting players, mostly of whom have a much lower rating than my own. The chances of me beating them is in my favour wether black or white. The result would be me with a points grading that is grossely inflated, and not a true example, but a FALSE grading!. Thus I prefer to keep to players that have worked their way up to approx 50 grade points below mine, and I,of course will play anyone higher graded than myself. What I find is that the majority of players who are graded up to 100 points higher than me, also practice the same avoidance to lower graded players ,as I do!. Although there are a few exceptions. Evidently you are not aware of this. I wonder if I would receive this unjust complaint and action from you,if I was a paying member? I shall be glad if you will let me continue as before.
