yeah this is messed up
i play hourly or 45/45 when im at work because im busy but in between calls i have some time.. ppl agree to the time frame and complain when it takes me 10 mins to make a move.. i believed i was flagged for this and now cant play those options
I have been having some very irritating issues with my internet connection of late whereby it randomly disconnects in the middle of games. Eventually I gave up on trying to play until I figured out what was wrong, but now that it’s sorted I can’t create challenges. Apparently my ‘Fair Play score is too low’ to allow me to use custom time controls, but I’m not using anything other than the default controls (mainly 2/1). I presume that chess.com’s algorithms have flagged me as one of those losers who disconnects whenever they’re losing, but I’m not, and I am quite annoyed that the site is preventing me from playing chess at all, especially given that I pay quite a bit for Diamond membership. Any chance that somebody could help me? Thanks in advance!
