You should have received an email on the address associated with the closed account that gave your options. One of this is an appeal of your closure.
No one in the forums is going to be able to assist you; only staff can and that process or using the Support option in the menu is how to contact them.

look,i got my first account banned for cheating and i was cheating because i tried to learn how to play the game better. i got a second chance accoutn and decided to be better and not cheat anymore and i also felt confident in my ability to play better.
then, today, my account was closed for cheating! which is absurd! i have not cheated not even once!
