False draw?

Twice I have had a game in "Play Against the Computer" called a draw by the computer when I appears that it is not. I have checked that :

- There are moves left, in particular pawn moves.
- There has been no threefold repetion.

Has anyone else seen this? Am I doing something wrong?

The computer cheats.

Did both sides have enough material to mate?  If one side runs out of time the other side still has to have enough material so mate would be possible in order to be awarded the win.  Otherwise, it's a draw.

In "Play Against the Computer" it is not timed that I am aware of (is it?). There was enough material to mate since there were many pieces/pawns on the board (one pawn is enough for a king and pawn endgame).
