Faulty Timer

I noticed that the timer in a 5 min game is not working fine. I lost a few games because of that. pls fix the issue. The opponent ran out of time and still had more than 30 sec. The opponent timer resets 7 sec and pauses and I lose by running out of time. Kindly fix this issue
