Yes, make a post on your Facebook page visible only to your friends asking if anyone has a chess.com account.

Know that.. wondering if the function exists in chess.com as it does in many other game apps

I know that there used to be an option to sign in thru Facebook. I never understood why people would do that. Perhaps that was the point.
