Try with "about:plugins" or go to add-ons and disable other plugins which are not required by chess.com (usually all plugins are not required by chess.com) chess.com will work with zero plugins.
Firefox crashes while playing live chess (Ubuntu)

Hey,
I use Ubuntu 14.4 and Firefox 31.0, Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical - 1.0 and never had problems to play live chess on chess.com, but since the last update of Firefox, Firefox crashes while playing Live-Chess. It just closes and gives a crash-report. There are also problems with sound, suddenly (while playing) a special sound turns off and I need to start Firefox new to have it on again.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? Its very anoying especially if I want to play bullet.
