First time refund

Hello Admin

I have requested 3 times refund , since it was my first time deposit on this site for diamond membership and i can get money back within 30 days but no one helped me.

send request to support and received message that they will contact me after 1-2 days but no one helped me and i requested again and received the same message twice that they will help me , but 

after that no answer

Can you help on it?

When did you first write to support@chess.com?  It is now Monday. Nothing happens on a weekend.

Exactly. You sent your request Friday and they were closed over the weekend. I am sure they will process it in the next few days.

Hi Admin Need help! I only intended to buy 1 month of platinum premium after my free trial. And i thought the system is gonna inform me by the time my free trial expires but it did not and billed me PHP1,699.99. Can i have my money back pls. i need
