Since chess.com made the odd decision to replace chat points with profile views a few years ago, you can no longer view your chat points on your profile.

This is how you gain points, even if you can't see them:

- +1 point for posting on:
- Forums
- Blogs
- Articles
- Daily puzzle comment section
- +2 points for publishing a blog or article
- +5 points for posting an announcement in your club

The participant award is when you get to 100 chat points.

The Megaphone achievement is when you get to 1000 chat points.

And the Chatterbox achievement is when you get to 10000 chat points.
