Forgot Log-in Password

hi everyone !

one of my teammates has forgotten his/her log-in password ... and he/she cannot receive a password reset sent to his/her email address ... because he/she has restricted his/her email address from accepting mails from chess.com.

is there any other way ... that his/her password can be retrieved/reset?

unblock chess.com emails?  At least temporarily?

unblock chess.com in his/her email then request again for his/her password.
