Settings > Password but you will need to know your password.
Settings > Profile > Email Address and Change, allows you to change your address but you will also need to know your password.
Staff may be able to help you but without access your e-mail or knowing your password, they may not.

Yeah, they might be able to. Though, it is really hard to prove someone is the owner of an account, even if they are logged in if they don't know their password and can't access their original e-mail. My guess is they won't do anything unless you can resolve one of those two issues.
Because, all it would take is getting access to someone's device to take over their account or if they left the account logged on to a shared computer.

Yes that is the problem. Is there any way to proove that this my own acc?
