I created this account so I can ask for help on remembering my old account password. My account was named MTukhtasunov, and the 'reset password' link prompted me to write my username and password and I did, however it's been nearly 24 hours and nothing has been sent. Could you please send this reset password because that account was a DIAMOND account. Thank you
