i will also mention that it was a friends and family plan but I still think that this is a bug

As I understand it, only one person has to put down their credit card in those. I would guess that whoever gave their credit card info got charged.

Most likely the Friends and Family plan is still on trial mode. If it fails to convert soon, the membership will cancel. It's not a bug
I have diamond as a free trial but it’s now 18th April and it was meant to expire on 16th. I checked the membership page and it hasn’t changed and still says 16th April
