Frequent disconnecting mid game

For the past month or so Nearly every game I disconnect nearly every move.
I play mainly 1 minute bullet, and I'll wait 5 seconds for my opposite to move only for it to be my turn and those 5 seconds were on my time. Then i move and it takes another 3 seconds for it to reach my opponent, rinse and repeat and I'm loosing all my games on time.
It's not my internet. I ran /ping during a game and I had 12 ping. I tried clearing my browser cache, didn't help.
Any advice?
