Friend does not appear on Profile

I have a friend who does not appear on the friends list. All my other friends appear on the list and I even got a message from chess.com saying that we are now friends. I can even go to his profile and see that I am his friend but I can't go to my profile and see that he is my friend. Any help would be appreciated a lot.

Had this problem too.

* I emailed one of the chess.com staff and reported this issue, and they fixed it. If you have the same problem email chess.com staff for help, they are working to fix the problem!

I have like 4 friends added but only one of them show up. When I try to search them up they don’t exist. Can someone help me hear, I want to see all my friends I added so I can play them.
