She will get an email message where it is written that someone sign up Chess.com with this email ( which she has used to sign up) just there is a option which will give permission to activate her Chess.com account and she can play games, receive or give friend requests,etc.

My friend just recently joined chess.com so I decided to send her a friend request however in the members log I'm not able to find her username and when she tried sending a request it showed an error saying that the request was not sent. If anyone knows the reason kindly help me out. Thanks in advance!
