If they don’t have a policy about it being a violent statement they should. But I’ve seen it posted before and nothing was done even after being reported so…..
“From the River to the Sea” slogan?

It doesnt matter what people think. Anybody who doesnt accept that slogan represents exactly what it was intended per Hamas official charter is willfully ignorant by now

By the way, if staff would like to have a dialogue about the slogan and its meaning, I’d be happy to do that and provide evidence about its meaning, and keep things civil. But I doubt that they’d want to do that 😆 So I won’t post anything like that unless staff or mods ask me to.

You know the answer already. These radical Islamists will eventually turn the world on themselves. People have been ignorant of who they really are but this whole thing has been a learning experience for the world on how savage and primitive their ideology is and how prevalent they are in western world institutions that shape the minds of the future. The masks are off so now we can make a change and right the wrongs that have been going on far too long
Does chess.com have a stance one way or the other on the phrase “From the River to the Sea”? Some people say that it is a call for violence and is antisemitic/racist against Jews. Other people feel that it is not. What is chess.com’s official stance? If I see people saying it (in game chats or PMs, etc.), should I report them for racism or violence, or should I just leave it? I don’t want to weigh down staff with unactionable reports if the stance is that it’s fine, and I don’t want to leave it unreported if the stance is that it’s violent or racist.
If a mod or staff member could provide an answer, that would be helpful to me and everyone else.
To all my friends who read this, please do not make this a political thread, because then it will get shut down without the question being answered. This is a question about what is considered violence and racism, not a thread to discuss the politics of the Middle East. Please also do not criticize chess.com or its policies, and do not publicly name specific chess.com users who have said things one way or the other. To any non-friends who read this, if you post anything political, or criticize chess.com, or name specific users, I will have to block you—as I said above, so that they don’t shut down this thread without answering the question. If you see anyone who is doing these things on this thread, do not engage them.
Thank you, and have a nice day!
