Frozen Game

Hello staff - thank you for your hard work.

I have a game which is in a weird limbo - check it out:

For the last few days, it has just been frozen like this. 

No moves made (it's actually supposed to start in the Sicilian Najdorf) and neither of us can apparently interact with the game. It also shows up at the top of my games in the app for the last  several days (or even a week) with 0 seconds left. 

I think the game needs to be manually fixed/purged/something.

There's a known issue on some games in Daily tournaments with custom positions. Staff are aware and working on it.

I love the site.  I have been a member for over a year.  Lately, some glitches have occurred which I kinda accepted maybe user error.

So my frozen game was at some point unfrozen and it just resulted in an immediate time loss for me it seems..?
Since it is a tournament game, it does feel a little bit bad - not the ideal outcome.

I don't know if anybody will see this. I don't know where it's going. I can't leave any comments, I can't find any previous comments I've made. I've lost track of how many times I've been kicked out of the Beta program (four? five?). Nothing works like I'm used to. After some fiddling around I can manage to play on two of my three devices.
