Thank you for your concern. I can assure you that your opponents are not hacking Chess.com to win the game against you. When you have a game abandoned it means that you were disconnected from the Live Chess likely due to an interruption or lag in your internet connection.
Please understand that we are working very hard to improve the connection and stability of the Live Chess so that occurrences like this do not occur in the future.
it has only happens one out of 100 games, it seems some players have a hack program so they can abandon the game and they win the game, this is very common on yahoo but on chess.com it is rare, a new tab with the words (report tracker) could be added so these hackers can be tracked, the problem is small at the moment but if it becomes like yahoo it would be very sick
