Game Archive Issue

Hi,

A very strange problem has just occured.

I recently won 2 games on time.

Firstly only 1 of them shows up in my game archive.

Secondly I recieved 3 game complete emails (2 for 1 game), which was the game that does not show up in my archive.

According to my emails - my rating after the game, which shows up in my archive, was 1429. The other game my rating was 1432 after complete (according to both emails sent for this game)

My rating now is 1435 despite not winning or losing any games since my latest game where my rating was 1432. In other words I won 2 games, got 3 emails only 1 game went into the archive and my rating went up 3 times instead of only twice. The other stats such as won games (etc...) may also be wrong but I haven't checked.

Any ideas.

Also I downloaded all my PGN games but only the one in my Games Archive was in the PGN file - that however was not a surprise.

The  'game complete' emails you received, can you forward those to me please so i can look into whats happening on those games.  kohai@chess.com
