So you are able to login to the Live Chess or no? The problem only occurs when you are in the Live Chess and you are attempting to play a game there?
I would recommend that you try clearing out your browser cache and cookies and then try reconnecting to the Live Chess as this may help to solve any problems. Also, please make sure to use the most recent version of which ever web browser you choose to use.
