So, you have Game Chat set to Never and you are still seeing chat on a new load of the Live interface (loaded after making the change)?

I have the opposite problem. My game chat doesn't work on normal or rated 1 or 3 day games even though I have the chat setting enabled. anyone know how to fix this! I convicted I lot of people's to use this app but if I can't find a solution they will use another app :(

There are two different chat settings. One for Daily and one for Live. You need to make sure your chat settings on Daily are set correctly. Both of you might also need to toggle the settings to something different and back to your desired state.

Oh, your chat setting may be ignored for bughouse. You are supposed to be able to see your partner's chat.
