Surprisingly the computer isn't wrong...

White lost on time, black doesn't have enough material to mate, draw by the rules of chess.

P.s. Why didn't you simply cut the opponents king off from your pawn with the rook? e.g. 61. Re7.

Time was short. Also I could have mated on move 28 me thinks. Right after the queen exchange. Mate with the rook....missed itYell

It's FIDE rule 6.9 ; screw wikipedia, just look it up in the FIDE rulebook.
