Kohai: That's fine, but your error message should not be saying that it is routine maintenance, then. Usually, when most of us think of routine maintenance, we think of the site being down no more than two hours or so.

I'm still working on the server at the moment. unfortunately it does take a while. :( should be back up soon. please bear with us making it better.

That's what they've been saying the last day. Give me a break -- we paid for it. We want some kind of explanation for why it is taking so long to bring it back up.

I do apologize for it being down for a while. it is back up now and should be a tiny bit faster.

Is it just the time of day I'm trying it, or is it really a whole lot faster now than it used to be?
I have been trying to use Game Explorer all morning, but it will not show. I get an error message saying that it is down for routine maintenance. However, this error message has been showing for the last four hours. Four hours seems far too long for routine maintenance.
If the Game Explorer really is being serviced, then when can we expect it to be back up? There was no communication from chess.com about any upcoming maintenance that would leave it down for this long of a period of time.
