Game Explorer bug?

I've found a strange glitch within the Game Explorer on this site, which I can't really explain:

In a recent game, my opponent and I played into the Benoni Defense: Pawn Storm Variation:

http://www.chess.com/opening/eco/A66_Benoni_Defense_Pawn_Storm_Variation

From here, play proceeded 7... Bg7 8. Bb5+ Nbd7 9. e5 dxe5 10. fxe5 Nh5 11. e6 Qh4+ 12. g3 Nxg3 13. hxg3 Qxh1

After 13...Qxh1, the Game Explorer shorts out. No more moves can be seen in the database, even though after 13. hxg3 there are 94 games that continue Qxh1. These are definitely NOT 94 resignations; White regains his Rook's value immediately with an attack, but Black also has good chances.

Why does Game Explorer tell me that there are "no games with this position found in the database"?

You should click the number 94 to see all the games that continued Qxh1

Or moving that piece on the game explorer's board seems to work well for me

This doesn't work for me. After I move Qxh1, the board says "There are no positions with this move in the database."

Well, realistically, I shouldn't have to do that - why don't these games show up after you move Qxh1 on the board? I'd like to see the Game Explorer-style list of the moves that followed, instead of being forced to survey every game individually.

In fact, I've found another case where the Explorer shorts out in a similar manner. After this line in the Nimzowitsch Defense, the Explorer claims to not have any games:

http://www.chess.com/opening/eco/B00_Nimzowitsch_Defense_Lean_Variation_Colorado_Counter_Accepted

Make the moves 3. . . d5 4. Nh4 e5 5. Qh5+ g6 6. fxg6 Nf6 7. g7 Nxh5 8. gxh8=Q

The board shorts out again after gxh8=Q. Oddly enough, that move is listed a second time as gxh8Q, and neither works, but both (when clicked on) give the same 20 games found in the database.
